19:18<kerin>gentlemen! debian is under the impression that my NTFS partition is broken and unusable in some way, and when I try to read (yes, read - with dir or ls) the contents of the mounted drive it fails and tells me that the filesystem is read-only. Windows boots fine, and Ubuntu mounts the partition without complaint or issue. any idea what's going wrong?
