00:58<rahul>actually i freshly installed xubuntu 12.04 and started playing some song in gmusic browser but the songs start then no pauses then again starts in some time so i also tried with rhythm box

I would just accept the fact that the software you want to use is crap/unsuitable and search for alternatives *or* run it on the platform it was meant to be run on (i.e. Ubuntu) -- You might also want to contact the maintainer and ask for a Debian version, but if it actually needs Unity it might be impossible to get it working on Debian as Unity has no yet been packaged.
