08:00<Stummi>christian, you could take a look into the old syslog
08:01<christian>Stummi, I just found a interesting line. warning: `VirtualBox' uses 32-bit capabilities (legacy support in use)
08:02<Stummi>this shouldn't bring your machine to restart
08:02<christian>Maybe I should force another crash reboot and check the last logs
08:02<christian>I don't know what actual time in my syslog files that caused the crash
08:04<christian>I found one message that I believe means that syslog just started so therefore i guess thats just after the reboot: May 30 13:40:19 debian rsyslogd: [origin software="rsyslogd" swVersion="5.8.11" x-pid="2237" x-info="http://www.rsyslog.com"] start

16:46<dondelelcaro>m00se: there's no other alternative. You don't actually *have* to store it in plain text, but you have to have a mechanism of getting it in plain text in an automated fashion

16:51<dondelelcaro>m00se: assuming you have a unique password for your pop3 mail, there's no reason not to do it that way
