Squirrelmail is giving a bad record mac error, and Google suggests that it's my mail server (Dovecot) set to only be using SSLv3, but I can't find any setting that would suggest that. It is, however, an SSL handshake/connection error (at least, so SM's configtest says).

09:14<taupehat>you wouldn't like it as much in the house, tho =P
09:14<Witigonen>taupehat: I guess by 'make coffee' what I really mean is 'make mochas just the way the local coffee shop makes them'
09:15[~]taupehat had to ward off some well-meaning friends this year who wanted to buy his daughter the Ultimate Barbie Electric Car...

09:16<Witigonen>This time last week, I didn't drink coffee of any sort. Then I had papers and problem sets due. Took until my junior year for me to get addicted, but when it happened, it happened fast

10:08<Redgore>if you send your migration request the admins set it up and you can do it when you want

10:10<Redgore>depends on if you change datacenter

10:39<cast>hmm, 1200UTC on wednesday looks to be my goal.
10:41<cast>whats a reasonable amount of time to book this migration ahead of time? 24 hours? i can see that if i let that migration button sit for a while without clicking it that i may effectively be taking up 2 linodes
10:41<cast>by book i mean file support ticket
10:42<@mikegrb>well, unfortunatly, the new slot isn't reserved so the problem that can come up is, if it sits too long, someone buys the slot
10:42<@mikegrb>being near the end of the month there is an increase in cancellations

12:08<@caker>etc-update, or whatever it's called will often ask to make changes to inittab and fstab. Accepting changes to either of those files often comes up with the Gentoo users here
