21:03<supermop>i think most people afraid of a small roster probably still see north of 80% of their fleet comprised of a dozen or fewer locomotives over the course of the game

22:32<Pikka>it's a per-game setting, so turning it off in the main menu / config will only affect new games, not existing saves
