03:31<jaakko>Per: I have to admit, you were right.. but still don't understand

11:28<djc>'less' is the alternative to 'more' that lets you scroll bidirectionally
11:28<djc>seems odd that it wouldnt be installed
11:29<dpkg>i guess less is a program on Unix and Unix-like systems used to view (but not change) the contents of a text file one screen at a time. It is similar to more, but has the extended capability of allowing both forward and backward navigation through the file. Unlike vi (which can also be used to view files), less does not need to read the entire file before starting, resulting in faster load times with large files. The command-syntax is: less [options] <fi

23:53<MyWifeIs19>is there problem with smbfs and 2.6.26 kernel?
23:54<dpkg>Bug Tracking System for Debian packages, or to go directly to the bug page for a particular package/bug, try or . aptitude install reportbug, and check out <querybts> too. Users of unstable and testing are required to check the BTS. Useful for unstable and testing: aptitude install apt-listbugs <apt-listchanges> .
23:56<MyWifeIs19>Actually, I know they dropped smbfs for 2.6.26..... so no bug filed against it....
