16:25<pfrost>might anyone be able to explain to me why /etc/init.d/portmap status returns 4 (which indicates "unknown") when portmap is not running? /lib/lsb/init-functions seems to have some logic to return 4 if a pid file was specified, and 3 if not, and I'm having a hard time knowing why, or how to best fix it.
