I don't think it's the apps, as I've seen this happen with GIMP, Google Chrome, and IntelliJ IDE ... The problem: "auto enp3s0" gives => "Job for networking.service failed because the control process exited with error code." the device is enp3s0 for sure. (ip addr command shows it) "allow hotplug enp3s0" works. also sudo ifup enp3s0 gives unkown device.
